Getting Started

If you want to begin eating a vegan diet, or vegetarian, or plant-based diet, or just eat healthier, I recommend watching an excellent documentary called Vegucated, which is very enlightening (and entertaining). You can find it on Netflix. I've shown it to quite a few people, and they have all loved it.

Also, begin browsing vegetarian and vegan recipes on PETA's website http://www.peta.org/living/vegetarian-living/recipes/.

There are also a few helpful resources on the Vegucated website http://www.getvegucated.com/.
